Handling

All of our products, including but not limited to accessories, tools, manuals, boxes, and anything that comes with any and all particular items advertised on our store, are thoroughly examined to ensure they are in perfect conditions, before being handed to the carrier.

ETA

*All of our items have an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 1-2 weeks depending on the customer's location, the product's location, its availability and ultimately the carrier.

*These times may be increased through no responsibility of our own*.

Rates

Our rates are calculated by partner apps that take into account the item's location (the US, Mexico or the UK), your location, and the carrier's service fees.

Thanks to our partners we are able to offer our customers discounted shipping rates and expedited services to make sure that the package arrives on time, at an economic price and most importantly, safe.

Out of Stock

*Selected "OUT OF STOCK" items may be reordered. Keep in mind their (ETA) may increase by 2-4 weeks on top of the standard (ETA) of 1-2 weeks. Meaning there might be a maximum (ETA) of up to 6 weeks on Selected "OUT OF STOCK" items.

Damages, theft, loss incurred by the Carrier

If the product is damaged, missing or otherwise damaged upon arrival, please feel free to write us an email at zbwatches00@gmail.com with the proper documentation (photos of the condition of the product, a written description of the problem, and the invoice of your purchase), so we can be of assistance to you in solving this matter.

**We are not responsible for any damages that the product may suffer while in the possession of the designated courier service.**

Shipping Costs

Given that our store has three storing locations, (One in the U.S, another one in the UK and the other one in Mexico), we are able to offer customers, in two of those three countries (the U.S and Mexico), free shipping depending on the value of the purchase.

Disclaimers

*For some countries a flat rate of 50-75 US dollars may be charged on top of the cost of the desired item.

*A designated carrier may also calculate the shipping costs automatically, in which case we are not responsible for the shipping fees charged.

**We are not liable for any fees processed by the shipping method chosen by the customers.**
